Starting last night the weather mongers started thumping the drum about the Marine Layer that was approaching from the west. This is the central coast's version of weather obsession with incoming fronts. We awoke to heavy fog - the "marine layer" with temperatures forecasted for about 20 degrees lower than the last few days - read in the 50s! This picture is taken from the 5th tee taken at about 7 AM on my way to spin class. Usually you can see the fairway ahead.
When I was through with spin class I noticed the beautiful blossoms on the magnolia tree right outside the fitness center. It was such a pretty sight against the backdrop of a curtain of fog.My blue tooth walk with Jane this morning was lovely for me. Our fog was lifting but unfortunately it was pouring on top of a layer of snow in Bloomfield. Jane stoically walked her miles around the inside of her house as she recounted how hard it was raining and how the birds were looking for food. I think she deserves the gold medal for endurance, successfully completing a 90 minute walk inside!
It's tax season, so the remainder of the day was spent gathering all the numbers together and there are certainly lots of them with the purchase and sale of 3 houses!
