There is a woman, Starla, who walks around the neighborhood everyday with a friend. I've stopped and talked to them on numerous occasions. Turns out Zach Effron is her son. I had heard he was from AG but didn't know he was from right here. I hear he comes to visit from time to time. His fame makes it a little awkward as there are always people seeking autographs.
This morning's paper had a big article on Jerry Scott, the cartoonist for both "Zits" and "Baby Blues". Turns out he lives and works out of his home in AG. I'm sure there are many others that we will learn about as time goes on.
