Galette aux pommes

We're going to a new year's eve party and it's a pot luck affair. I always have a hard time deciding what to take to pot lucks. Usually there is so much food there that it doesn't really matter what you bring. I've taken desserts, main courses, salads and side dishes. This time I thought I'd try an apple galette - an apple tart. It looks and smells good. Hopefully it tastes good too!
