Getting ready for the Chinese New Year party tonight. I have pre-soaked the ducks in honey water and they are hanging up to dry. I am following a schedule so everything will hopefully be done on time.
This is my Rosemary Ding Dong cake. I know it's very un-Chinese but everyone coming loves Chocolate, or at least I've convinced myself that they do. It does have a marzipan filling so it is sort of Chinese with the almond flavor. Off to prepare the ribs next.
